Seer accidentally deciphers the secret information of the pirate group and discovers a mysterious celestial body called the Eye of the Universe. With the help of Monta, Mika, and the divine beast Phoenix, they compete with the pirate organization led by Jiyo on the three major planets, and finally defeat Jiyo's exclusive elf, S煞星, successfully guarding the three holy gems and obtaining the interstellar route of the Eye of the Universe.
