When the children of Roco Kingdom suddenly suffer from strange dental diseases, including Princess Keli, Dean Griffin asks Locke and Phil to find the legendary guardian beast, the Unicorn Pegasus, to solve the problem. Locke and Phil, with their pets, venture into the magical Yaya Le Kingdom. With the help of the four elves, Pipi, Tian Tian, Ya Ya, and Wang Cai, they overcome obstacles, defeat various dental demons and bacteria, and finally find the Unicorn Pegasus. They cure the students' oral problems and teach them the importance of using Yaya Le toothpaste and brushing their teeth every morning and night.
