He rose to power after spending ten years in the Copper Furnace Mountain. He is deeply devoted to Xie Lian.

Ban Yue Pass incident comes to an end, Xie Lian is summoned by the God-Emperor Jun Wu to return to the Heavenly Court to report on his duties. Unexpectedly, he learns that a god is casting a spell near Ghost City to ask for help. The master of Ghost City, 'Crimson Rain Sought Flower' Hua Cheng, is the red-clothed teenager who suddenly bid farewell seven days ago. With many doubts, Xie Lian asks for orders to investigate the matter.
