The Legend of White Snake is a classic Chinese folk tale adapted by cartoonist Tsai Chih Chung. It follows Bai Suzhen, a thousand-year-old white snake who takes human form to repay a mortal’s kindness, falling in love with Xu Xian. However, their love is challenged by the monk Fahai. "ヒョウ人 -BLADES OF THE GUARDIANS-"は、中国の漫画家許先哲による中国漫画で、隋朝末期の乱世を舞台にしています。物語は、武芸に長けた賞金稼ぎの刀馬が幼い息子小七と共に旅をする姿を描きます。「ヒョウ」とは、雇われた武士で、保護対象には官府から通缉されている者も含まれます。刀馬は長安への護衛任務を引き受けますが、単なる任務と思われた旅は、危険と陰謀に満ち、天下の運命を左右する大いなる陰謀に巻き込まれます。この作品は、硬派な画風と緊張感のあるストーリーで知られ、人間の本質を歴史的背景で描きます。2023年6月1日にアニメ版が中国で公開され、2024年に第2期が予定されています。映画版も製作中で、袁和平監督、吴京がプロデュースおよび主演を務めます。
